1) International Shipping

For International buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

2) Domestic Shipping

For Domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

3) Order Processing & Timelines

Orders are usually shipped within 6–8 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Shipping timelines may vary if a different delivery date is agreed at order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are subject to the courier company / postal service norms.

4) Our Responsibility

Kashi Papad & Pickles is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier/postal service within the stipulated shipping timeline (usually within 6–8 working days from the date of order and payment) or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.

5) Delivery Address & Shipment Confirmation

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. Once your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email (with tracking details when available) will be sent to the registered email ID provided at the time of order.

6) Important Notes

Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Any customs, import duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
